Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped
we use royalmail, Anpost, Gls, UPS and Hermes at the moment
If you prefer nextday delivery*(Available for uk and ireland only) an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
If you placed your order more than 10 days ago on our option of 3-5 working day service and you still have not received delivery please contact us so we can investigate this for you.
Order placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next day for delivery the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Tuesday.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return an item for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. please contact us to request you return authorization number. Goods are required to be in the original saleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. all oral care products are sealed internally, once this seal is broken / opened, that shows that the item has being tampered with. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred.
Please tell us whether you wish to have a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights within the European Union entitle you to a refund if you so wish. We will pay refund by crediting the account of the debit or credit card with which you have paid us. You are responsible for the cost of postage or other carriage to return your purchase to us.
If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. If the damage is not visible until you open your parcel, please notify us within 48 hours. Please check all contents of your order on receipt of goods. We are unable to accept returns of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. all oral care products are sealed internally, once this seal is broken / opened, that shows that the item has being tampered with.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you may return this item to us, in the original packaging, in accordance to your statutory rights. All items will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will replace or refund accordingly.
